How long does an order take?

Allow 1–2 business days for preparation after payment authorization and an estimated 4–6 business days for carrier transit after shipment.

Are problem-free returns accepted?

Yes, when eligible and still new and unused. Defective goods can also be reported, and exchanges are accepted. Start within 30 days following delivery.

Do I pay for the return label?

No. An eligible parcel includes a free prepaid return label. Obtain approval and follow the provided mailing directions. We charge no restocking fee and initiate approved refunds within 10 days.
